James “Jim” O’Day is a senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in development, executive management, sales, marketing, and relationship development. Jim brings a wide range of experiences serving in senior capacities in the consumer products, defense, and homeland security and not for profit industries.

Mr. O’Day has successfully created various development, advancement, sales and marking programs focusing on growth and profitability, relationship development approaches focusing on donor/customer satisfaction, donor engagement and client success and worked to create successful partnerships, mergers and acquisitions throughout his career.

Jim’s experience as a senior leader,(President, Vice President and Director) as well as the experiences gained by being a small business owner helps bring a wide range of leadership, managerial and functional skillsets to the organizations he is affiliated with.


Jim has worked for over 25 years in a diverse range of organizations from small to mid –sized business, large corporations and in the public/private sector as well as executive leadership roles in the nonprofit arena.

Jim is also a Certified Life Coach, Certified “HWAW” CEO Coach  and follows a three pronged model “Faith – Leadership –Impact”. Jim teaches jujitsu in his spare time and is an active and engaged husband, father, community member and parishioner  .
